Wedding Day Coverage


With over six years of experience in weddings, we are devoted to capturing the all the special moments, unique details, and organic emotions that surround your big day. We take the time to make deep connections with our couples, so we can help make it the best day ever.

Engagement Sessions


We offer natural engagement sessions to be added onto any wedding reservation so that we have the chance to work together before the main event. You will get to experience how we approach photographing your moments and feel confident about your investment with us.

Exclusive branding design services, custom stationery design, and calligraphy services are available to you to add into your reserved wedding investment. We will get to spend even more time together connecting and creating to bring your wedding vision to life.

The Investment


Wedding Reservations begin at $800 plus tax.


To solidify your reservation, we require a non-refundable retainer of $800.00 plus sales tax and your e-signature on our digital Service Agreement, no exceptions.


This first, initial payment is agreed to fairly compensate us for exclusively holding your date in our calendar, turning away other potential customers, and is applied to the contracted services outlined & accepted in your Proposal.

A COMMON INVESTMENT WITH US WILL LOOK LIKE THIS:

WEDDING DAY RESERVATION - $800

+ STANDARD WEDDING DAY PHOTOGRAPHY COVERAGE - $2,300

+ NATURAL ENGAGEMENT PORTRAIT SESSION RESERVATION - $150

+ NATURAL ENGAGEMENT PORTRAIT SESSION - $250

SUBTOTAL - $3,500 plus tax

THE DETAILS OF THIS INVESTMENT ARE OUTLINED AS FOLLOWS:


  1. Wedding Day Reservation which includes a Vision & Style Planning Consultation & Day-of Timeline/Planning Guidance ($800),
  2. and up to 9 (nine) hours of continuous Wedding Day Photography Coverage with Kate and a Second Photographer, which also includes 700+ edited digital proofs delivered via online gallery URL link, downloadable, high-resolution images without watermarks, & the Unlimited Download, Print & Share Release ($2,300).
  3. Plus, a Natural Engagement Session Reservation ($150),
  4. and up to a continuous, two (2) hour natural photography session at the location of your choice, which also includes optional outfit changes, Session Preparation Guidance & Inspiration, 60+ edited digital proofs delivered via online gallery URL link, downloadable, high-resolution images without watermarks, & the Unlimited Download, Print & Share Release ($250).


The payment schedule for this investment will look like this: the first, retainer payment of $950 is due at Reservation which includes the Reservation costs for both the Wedding Day Coverage & the Natural Engagement Portrait Session - gentle reminder, no dates or sessions are firmly reserved or held in our calendar until the Proposal is accepted, the Service Agreement is signed, and the Reservation Payments are made. A second payment of $250 will be due at Milestone 1 a.k.a three (3) days before the scheduled Engagement Session, and the remaining balance of $2,300 + tax will be due two (2) weeks/14 days before the scheduled Wedding Day. Additional payments may be added to your schedule to pay off remaining balances, but we cannot accept any payments in full, or customizations to the existing schedule for your project.
